Backtrack by Ranna Patel Consulting is a college-application deadline-accountability service. With your consent, it sends application deadline reminders and weekly progress updates to enrolled students and their parents by email and text message.

Backtrack™ is the original creation and exclusive property of Ranna Patel. Backtrack — including its name, branding, logo, design, content, software, and its deadline back-scheduling methodology — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Ranna Patel. Access to Backtrack is granted as a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, rebrand, or create derivative or competing works from any part of Backtrack without Ranna Patel's prior written permission. “Backtrack” and the Backtrack logo are trademarks of Ranna Patel. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.

Message frequency is recurring and varies — typically one weekly summary plus occasional deadline reminders. Message and data rates may apply.
